The Atlantic Health Wellness Summit 2025 once again brought together, in October, at the Alfândega do Porto, the leading figures and visionaries in health, wellness and longevity.

Regularly present in the media and at events, she leads retreats, workshops, and the Slow Talks podcast. She is a certified coach, yoga teacher, and multidimensional therapist.

Currently, he supports companies in initiatives related to AI, Web 3.0, e-commerce, and venture building, and is also a columnist for national media outlets.

She coordinates teams developing UAV platforms to integrate the air mobility of the future. Prior to that, she managed R&D projects in aeronautics, space, and marine technologies at CEiiA. She has international experience as a production engineer at Haartz (Boston) and Corticeira Amorim. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Nova University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Porto Business School.
