Holding a degree in Communication Sciences, he is Vice-President of CCDR-NORTE for the areas of Culture, Heritage and Territorial Cooperation, responsible for the regional Culture plan NORTE 2030 and the NORTE PONTUAL program. He was Director of the Porto Museum and Libraries, Municipal Director of Culture and Heritage and, previously, Councillor for Culture in the Municipality of Viseu. Between 2021 and 2022, he coordinated the regional Culture and Tourism strategies of CCDR-NORTE. He has also been a guest lecturer since 2009 and was in charge of the São Mateus Fair and the VISEU MARCA territorial brand.

António Araújo is the Director of Medical Oncology at ULS Santo António and a Visiting Professor at the University of Porto. Since 2023, he has directed the Integrated Master's Program in Medicine at ICBAS. He is an active member of several national and international oncology organizations, notably ESMO, ASCO, and IASLC. He has over 120 scientific publications and was awarded the Municipal Medal of Merit – Gold Grade, by the municipality of Porto, in 2022.

Daniel Teixeira Coelho

Psychologist, licensed in the area of Deviant Behavior, with an Executive MBA from Porto Business School. He developed his professional activity in contexts of community intervention and social exclusion, having assumed Project Management roles at the Porto Social Foundation. Since 2016, he has dedicated himself to social innovation and the management of community intervention projects, being a Project Manager at Domus Social, EM. Fernanda Estevinho

Medical oncologist, graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, specializing in Medical Oncology at the Portuguese Oncology Institute of Porto. She is a hospital assistant at Pedro Hispano Hospital (ULS Matosinhos), Trofa Saúde Gaia Hospital, and CUF Porto Hospital. She holds a postgraduate degree in Evidence and Decision-Making in Health and the title of Expert in Immuno-Oncology from the University of Navarra. She is a doctoral candidate in Pathology and Molecular Genetics at ICBAS, is a member of several scientific and associative structures in the area of lung cancer, and teaches. Since June 2025, she has been Vice-President of the Northern Regional Council of the Portuguese Medical Association.
