Terms and Conditions

Ao comprar bilhetes e participar no Atlantic Health Wellness Summit (AHWS), aceita os seguintes termos:

1. Compra de bilhetes

  • A venda é feita exclusivamente online.
  • O bilhete é pessoal, intransmissível e digital.
  • O comprador deve fornecer informações correctas (nome, e-mail, telefone).

2. Política de cancelamento e reembolso

  • Cancelamentos podem ser feitos até 7 dias antes do evento, com reembolso de 80%.

  • Após esse prazo, não há reembolso.

  • Reembolsos processados até 14 dias úteis.

3. Alterações e cancelamento do evento

  • A organização pode alterar data, local ou formato (ex.: online/híbrido), informando os participantes.

  • Em caso de cancelamento do evento, o reembolso será integral.

4. Participação e conduta

  • É obrigatório o respeito pelas normas do evento.

  • É proibido:

    • Gravar ou transmitir o evento sem autorização.

    • Distribuir materiais publicitários não autorizados.

    • Comportamento inadequado ou ofensivo.

  • O não cumprimento pode resultar em expulsão sem reembolso.

5. Utilização de imagem

Ao participar, autoriza a utilização da sua imagem e voz em fotografias, vídeos e materiais promocionais do AHWS.

6. Responsabilidades

O AHWS não se responsabiliza por:

  • Custos de transporte, alojamento ou alimentação.

  • Perda ou extravio de objectos pessoais.

  • Qualquer incidente fora do âmbito do evento.

7. Aceitação

Ao comprar um bilhete, confirma que leu, compreendeu e aceita estes Termos.

João Paulo Carvalho

Specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing, with a master's degree in Critical Care Nursing and enhanced specialized competence in Out-of-Hospital Emergency Care. Holds postgraduate degrees in Administration and Management of Health Units, Human Resources Management and Innovation, Quality Management and Health Auditing. Operates the Emergency Medical Response Vehicle (VMER) at the Santo António Local Health Unit and is a 2nd Class Firefighter Officer in the Valongo Volunteer Fire Department. Served as President of the Northern Regional Board of Directors of the Order of Nurses (2016-2023) and is currently Vice-President of the Order of Nurses.

Daniel Teixeira Coelho

Psychologist, licensed in the area of Deviant Behavior, with an Executive MBA from Porto Business School. He developed his professional activity in contexts of community intervention and social exclusion, having assumed Project Management roles at the Porto Social Foundation. Since 2016, he has dedicated himself to social innovation and the management of community intervention projects, being a Project Manager at Domus Social, EM. He has been a member of the National Board of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists since 2021, where he currently serves as Vice-President.

Daniel Teixeira Coelho

Psychologist, licensed in the area of Deviant Behavior, with an Executive MBA from Porto Business School. Medical oncologist, graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, specializing in Medical Oncology at the Portuguese Oncology Institute of Porto. She is a hospital assistant at Pedro Hispano Hospital (ULS Matosinhos), Trofa Saúde Gaia Hospital, and CUF Porto Hospital. She holds a postgraduate degree in Evidence and Decision-Making in Health and the title of Expert in Immuno-Oncology from the University of Navarra. She is a doctoral candidate in Pathology and Molecular Genetics at ICBAS, is a member of several scientific and associative structures in the area of lung cancer, and teaches. Since June 2025, she has been Vice-President of the Northern Regional Council of the Portuguese Medical Association.

She created WOME BOX, an elevated experience featuring surprise wines from small Portuguese producers, delivered to your home. She led the organization of Expofarma from 2007 to 2017. She was part of the ANF's corporate structure for 18 years. She conceived the board game – BeeMind – to induce conversations about existential themes that could even occur in the Ancient Agora.
