Augusto Menezes

Co-Founder

Pharmacist Specialist in Community Pharmacy (OF) and entrepreneur who owns a community pharmacy.​
​He is a member of the Board of Directors of Plural+Udifar and the General and Supervisory Board of Bluepharma Genéricos.​
​He was President of the ANF Central Delegation and administrator of the holding company that owns companies in the pharmacy sector.​
​In the context of the social economy, he was President of the Fiscal Council of the Dignitude Association.​

Filipe Mota Rebelo

Co-Founder

Pharmacist and entrepreneur.​
He created WOME BOX, an elevated experience with surprise wines from small Portuguese producers, delivered to your home.​
He led the organization of Expofarma in the period 2007-2017.​
He was part of the ANF business structure for 18 years.​
​He designed the board game – BeeMind – to induce conversations about existential themes that could even take place in the Ancient Agora.

Francisco Faria

Co-Founder

Pharmacist who owns community pharmacies. ​
He was President of the ANF Northern Delegation and administrator of Farminveste SGPS​.
He was a co-founder of Associação Dignitude and a member of the General and Supervisory Board.
Joins the Administrative Board of Misericórdia de Santo Tirso with the Health department.​

Advisory Board

Carlos Enes

Carlos Enes is a journalist, with a degree in Communication Sciences from the Nova Univesrsity of Lisbon. He started working, paid, at the age of 14, on local radio stations, where he even reported on football. As a professional, he began his career in 1995, at the newspaper O Independente, specializing in investigative journalism, in the areas of Education and Health. In 2000, he moved to TVI, where he recently returned, having added Justice , public procurement, energy, the seismic vulnerability of the territory and transport to its areas of interest. He was ANF’s Communications Director for eight years. He is recognized for his independence and in-depth study of topics.

Maria de Belém Roseira

Maria de Belém Roseira Graduated in Law from the University of Coimbra, following her legal activity with active intervention in Portuguese politics. Former Minister of Health (1995-1999) and former Minister for Equality (1999-2000), she developed her career in Public Administration. She was a member of the Assembly of the Republic in several legislatures. He participated in the founding of several private social solidarity institutions. She chaired the General Assembly of the World Health Organization and was a candidate in the 2016 presidential elections. She had a regular presence, as a commentator, on television stations such as SIC Notícias. In addition to a wide range of awards and distinctions, the President of the Republic awarded him the Grand Cross of the Order of Christ in recognition of his career.

Pedro Pita Barros

Pedro Pita Barros, 56 years old, PhD in Economics. Full Professor at Nova School of Business and Economics, Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Holder of the BPI Chair | Fundação la Caixa de Economia da Saúde. Degree in Economics (1988). Master in Economics (1992). PhD in Economics (1993). Aggregation in Economics (1997). Other roles he held: Vice-Rector of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2013-2017). Member of the EC Expert Panel on Effective Ways of Investing in Health (EXPH) (appointed by the European Commission)(2012-2022). Member of the National Ethics Council for Life Sciences (2015-2021) (appointed by the Government). Member of the EC Mission Board for Cancer (European Commission) (2019-2020). Member of the National Health Council (representing the Council of Rectors of Portuguese Universities) (2016-2021). President of the European Health Economics Association (2013-2016). Member of the Board of Directors of the Energy Services Regulatory Authority (2005-2006). President of the Portuguese Association of Health Economics (1998-2000; 2009-2010). Research interests focus on health economics, economic regulation and competition defense. The main publications are referenced on Google Scholar

Roberto Morales

Graduated in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Navarra (Spain), personal and executive coach from TISOC (The International School of Coaching) and graduated in Monetary Theory & Banking from UC Berkeley, California, USA. Founding partner of RMA, external advisor for Family Councils in Spain, Portugal and Angola and expert in generational transition and family protocols with 20 years of experience. Mediator specialized in resolving conflicts between members of business families and speaker at business associations, Universities, public bodies and business schools in Spain and Portugal. Over the last 20 years, he has advised as an independent consultant a wide variety of Family Businesses with a special focus on conflict resolution, succession planning, development of family protocols and structuring corporate governance.
