Biographical Note

Jenny Quénard is a holistic health advocate and mindfulness facilitator dedicated to empowering others through simple tools like functional breathing, breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. A former competitive tennis athlete and tech startup professional, she shifted to holistic health after overcoming chronic anxiety and burnout. In the past year, Jenny has worked with nearly 400 individuals—including women, athletes, and youth—to enhance their well-being.

Her commitment to expanding physical and mental boundaries has led to extraordinary adventures, like climbing Europe’s windiest mountain in shorts at -25°C, 10-day silent meditation retreat and scaling Mt. Kilimanjaro without altitude medication.

Jenny facilitates workshops and retreats online and in person, in beautiful natural settings from Switzerland to Austria and Lithuania. Her approach emphasizes value-based care and health equity, offering accessible solutions for personal and planetary well-being. Passionate about inspiring positive change, she aims to make holistic health and inner peace a cornerstone of well-being for all.
