Biographical Note

Ana Guedes Rodrigues is portuguese a journalist at CNN Portugal, based in Porto. She presents CNN News, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

She has always worked in the information field, as a reporter, editor, pivot and presenter.
Before joining CNN Portugal, she worked at TVI, where he was a pivot for Diário da Manhã and Jornal da Uma; by RTP, where she presented newspapers at various times, on the public television station’s three channels; and Porto Canal, where, in parallel with editing and presenting news sections, she held the position of Information Director.

Health and Human Rights, in particular the fight against domestic violence and gender equality are her main areas of interest.
She has a degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto.

She has two children and lives in Vila Nova de Gaia.
