Graduated in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Navarra (Spain), personal and executive coach from TISOC (The International School of Coaching) and graduated in Monetary Theory & Banking from UC Berkeley, California, USA.
Founding partner of RMA, external advisor for Family Councils in Spain, Portugal and Angola and expert in generational transition and family protocols with 20 years of experience.
Mediator specialized in resolving conflicts between members of business families and speaker at business associations, Universities, public bodies and business schools in Spain and Portugal.
Over the last 20 years, he has advised as an independent consultant a wide variety of Family Businesses with a special focus on conflict resolution, succession planning, development of family protocols and structuring corporate governance.
