Biographical Note

João Pedro Faria dos Santos is director at the Kaizen Institute Western Europe & Business Leader Lisbon Office with professional experience in continuous improvement processes and cultural transformation, with a special focus on the Services, Retail, Health, Logistics and Industry sectors;
Led and participated in several process and system audit projects, having extensive experience in using diagnostic tools such as Process Mapping, Flowchart Mapping, SIPOC, VSM, Standard Work, Kobetsu Kaizen and Hoshin Kanri;
He has participated in several cultural change projects in organizations using Kaizen methodologies and other people management methodologies (e.g. coaching, mentoring);
Speaker at national and international conferences and participation in benchmark visits to Japan.
