Ricardo Costa e Silva is a Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Payments, Credit, Finance and Consulting sectors.
His professional career includes stints in Management Consulting, Banking and Fintech, culminating in the co-founding and leadership of a specialized consultancy firm.
Ricardo has a track record of combining practical technical skills with a deep understanding of technology, data analysis and strategic business principles.
To highlight his professional experience are his achievements in the area of payment methods, which include, among others, leading the acceptance business for one of the main acquiring banks in Portugal, launching a pioneering omnichannel acceptance solution in the healthcare area and evaluate/implement significant improvements to the acquisition and acceptance business of a national bank focused on SMEs.
In terms of academic training, he has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Lisbon, an MBA from the Nova School of Business and Economics and international executive education in Banking from INSEAD.”
